Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a warranty?2024-05-02T12:04:39+12:00

Yes. We have uncompromising standards when it comes to the quality of our trailers. We have a standard three-year warranty on all trailers. This does not include the electrics on hydraulic trailers, tyres, and jockey wheels. The trailer should also not have been involved in any accidents.

This comprehensive 3-year warranty gives you peace of mind that our excellent workmanship, quality raw materials, and thoughtful designs are backed with three years of assured hauling, carting and shifting.

Our hot-dipped galvanised frames are strong, our construction sturdy, and our focus on highly robust designs means you can trust our trailers.

What are the lead times for your trailers?2024-05-02T12:05:42+12:00

Most trailers can be available within two working days from our Auckland site, with larger specialist trailers needing 1-2 week lead times. Assembly in Auckland includes rigorous checking to ensure our quality standards are met. Delivery times out of Auckland may vary. Please enquire for your specific location and trailer.

Payload is the maximum weight limit that the trailer can hold. It excludes the weight of the trailer.

Tare Weight is the weight of the trailer on its own.

ATM (Aggregate Trailer Mass) weight is the combined weight of the payload capacity and tares weight.

GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) is the maximum total mass of a fully-loaded motor vehicle as specified by the vehicle manufacturer. Effectively the trailer and the weight it can hold. The vehicle tare weight plus the maximum payload.

Ensure you’re clear on these numbers to check that your towing vehicle can handle them.
